Shipping Policy 2011
All orders for in stock
merchandise ship within 2-3 business days following receipt of an order.
Shipping is generally schedule for Tuesday and Friday only (with a few
exceptions) Amazon.com may hold orders pending credit card approval, so there
can be a delay from when you place your order to when receive it. Reyes Avila, LLC
only ships on Tuesdays and Fridays with a few exceptions. We do ship to US
protectorates and APO/FPO
UNITED STATES ORDERS
STANDARD ORDERS will ship by USPS First Class
Mail, and will arrive in 5-7 business days. (Weekends and Holidays do not count
as business days) We do not ship standard orders to P.O. Boxes.
EXPEDITED
orders arrive in 3-5 days after the first Tuesday or Friday that the
customer(s) places an order. Only Second Day and Next Day orders are
shipped the same day or within 24 hours only for Amazon.com
The Express upgrade label is
generally available at www.MysteriousBolivian.com front page, if the label is
not at the front page, it means that we have a delay and we cannot offer express
shipping.
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and West Coast addresses may take longer; we ship all
our products from North Carolina, Boston and Chelsea MA. Through the
years, we have experienced delays in orders to Oregon, California and
Washington; our company entirely depends on USPS speed and efficiency for
packages delivery, please contact us by email for further information.
Because we use Electronic
Labels for most of our parcels, generally, tracking activity “only” updates after the package is
delivered.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Canada
Starting August 15th, 2008. Standard International Priority Mail
ships Orders to Canada at all stores plus tracking number, Expedited are shipped by Express mail or EMS service.
Even when these services are
a faster way to ship orders to this country, Canada's Customs is still very
difficult and they like to take their time inspecting parcels. Priority
shipping from Charlotte - NC to anywhere in Canada generally takes 7 – 10
business days. Express or EMS service takes 3-6 business Days. No overnight or
second day available to anywhere outside the USA.
Australia
Standard Orders
to Australia shop by International Priority Mail plus tracking number, Expedited are shipped by Express mail
or EMS service and require a signature confirmation. Due quarantine regulations
we advice to order only Airtight Bag Products, this accelerates considerably
custom's inspection. Standard Orders anywhere in Australia generally takes 10 –
15 business days. And Express 6-10 Business Days.
Europe and rest of the world
Orders to Europe, Asia, Central
and South America ship by International Priority Mail plus tracking number, Expedited are shipped by Express mail
or EMS service at Amazon.com. European postal services are generally very
efficient and delivery speed depends on each country’s customs policy with the
exception of Poland, Slovak Republic and Italy, orders going to those three
countries from www.mysteriousbolivia.com must be shipped express or EMS, please
contact us for additional information at Lye@Reyes-Avila.com and we will sent
you an extra invoice for $18 to cover the EMS charge per package.
Packaging, Weight and Safety Instructions.
All NovoAndina Products,
produced or distributed, do not have
a paper wraps since they can harbor dirt and bacteria and the printing ink can
change or contaminate the delicate flavor of the coca tea bags. NovoAndina
products do not contain preservatives or additives; therefore they must be
properly stored. All our Air Tight Bags are re-sealable with zip lock closures
and once opened the bags must be kept closed at all time to avoid contamination
in a dry, cool, dark place away from strong-flavored foods. An extra
airtight container is recommended when the tea is stored over one month. Do not
store NovoAndina products inside a refrigerator if you have produce inside.
Many fruits and vegetables, especially if they have been damaged, give off
ethylene gas as they ripen. Our teas are very sensitive to the presence of even
very low levels of ethylene gas. The refrigerator acts as a trap for the
ethylene gas given off by the generating varieties, allowing it to build up to
damaging levels. Although not hazardous to humans, the ethylene gas leads to
the early aging and rotting of the coca tea. All powdered coca teas (coca
flours) and whole leaves in airtight bags weight are offered as "gross weight" (total weight
of a product and its packaging).
Holidays - Christmas Season
In November and December we
ship daily. For international orders, please think ahead and place your order
by the first week of the December if you need the products delivered by
Christmas. For USA orders, please select Priority Mail after December 17th and Express
after the 20th. Express service requires an additional $18 charge and the
express upgrade will be available at our page www.MysteriousBolivian.com
Tracking
All our packages include a
delivery confirmation or tracking number that generally is provided at your
order status at Amazon.com (Bolivia Stores & Amazon orders) or Google
Checkout (Mysterious Bolivia Orders). Email us at Lye@Reyes-Avila.com if you
need further information regarding tracking. Signature confirmation is optional
and free of charge, please contact us if you need this service, we have
experienced in the past stolen parcels from the customer’s boxes and
residences.
Feedback

this is a easy way for us to confirm that your order has arrived safely and you
are satisfied with our products, if your order does not arrive within 7 to 10
business days, please contact us and we will track your order, if we do not
have a positive answer of the whereabouts of your package in 24 hours, we will
immediately re-ship free of charge by priority mail or overnight mail.
Delays
Most of our Products are
shipped weekly from Bolivia and Peru to our warehouses in the Carolinas and
occasionally we may have small delays due the political and social activity of
these unstable countries, if that is the case, you can find updated information
at our Facebook page. In
the case of delays, your products will be shipped the same day that they arrive
to our warehouses.
Returns.
All sales are final! Our
Company offers a 100% Returns only
if the products are un-open within one week after delivery for Amazon.com
orders only. Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns of open
products because they have to be automatically discarded. We will not refund the shipping and
handling charges. We do not charge restocking fee. 10 days limit for clothing
